How do I track my order?

Upon shipping your item(s), you will be provided with all the necessary information to track your package. 


What are your delivery options?

USPS is used whenever possible, however, UPS can be selected in some cases.


Shipping is FREE for orders within United States.

however, for expedited  deliveries (upon request), there will be a shipping charge.



How do I return an item?

If you believe that the item(s) you received were an error on our part - defective item or the wrong size sent, please give us a call and we will resolve the situation in a fast and timely matter. 

Do you provide International delivery?
We do not provide International Delivery at this time.


What is your returns policy?
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days from the day you receive it for the full refund.
However, you will be charged original shipping cost, unless the item was defective or we sent out the wrong size.  
We ask that you return your purchase in unused condition, with its original packaging intact.

Please allow 5-7  business days for returned items to be processed.
Please note that all returns/exchanges must be made within 7 days of receipt.
